* The bungalow is 'All Electric' and operates on a

purchased card swipe basis. A £5 card credit (minimum)

is provided for your arrival and further credit can be purchased

from the Estate Reception/ Card machine as required.

New procedures apply for 2024 onwards. We provide a link

to Kings Park website where you can purchase a QR code

to be scanned at the Card Dispensing machine to get your

electric card if reception is closed.

 

* A damage/breakages deposit(returnable) of £150.00 is taken one week prior to arrival

* We accept well behaved dogs subject to a £100 increase on the damage/breakages deposit. No other animals are accepted, sorry.

* Our bungalow allows easy access for those with some mobility issues, however, we are unable to accept wheelchairs due to door sizes. Please      see Access page.

* Please note: No single sex groups without prior arrangement.
